About Us

Matt Deir started working for Deir Design Inc. in 2014 crafting custom kitchens and fine cabinetry. There he found his passion for Cabinet Making and was able to hone his skills, and learn the importance of paying great attention to detail. In 2016 Matt started his journey learning the art of installing. His accuracy and attention to detail as a cabinet maker helped him truly understand how important a great fit and finish is to the final product. Over the next 8 years Matt has continued to build and install for Deir Design, and in 2023 teamed up with his father Andy Deir starting MD Custom Installations. Together the pair have a combined 15 years installing, and 25 years crafting fine cabinetry. Matt is excited to be continuing his journey into the kitchen & cabinet industry, and is looking forward to continue working with clients on creating beautiful spaces.
